ValueFacts is The Dobbins Company’s streamlined valuation service for lenders who need quick appraisal values on a small number of equipment items. Built on decades of industrial appraisal and liquidation experience, it provides practical, real-world value opinions ( including Fair Market Value (FMV), Orderly Liquidation Value (OLV), and Auction Value/Quick Sale (AV).
ValueFacts reports are not USPAP compliant appraisals. They are designed as fast, cost-effective tools for short-term credit decisions and renewals.
The Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice (USPAP) are the generally accepted standards for professional appraisal practice in North America. USPAP contains standards for all types of appraisal services, including: real estate, personal property, business and mass appraisal.

You need quick values on a few pieces of machinery or equipment to keep a credit decision moving.

You want a low-cost option for a small number of items where a full appraisal would be disproportionate to the loan size.

You prefer values informed by real auction and liquidation experience (not guesswork) while understanding this is a streamlined, internal-use product.

Complete the online ValueFacts form with basic information and details on up to six equipment items.

Using our internal data, market experience, and understanding of industrial liquidation, we develop value opinions for the requested items.

You receive a concise ValueFacts report typically within one business day of a completed submission (often same day delivery, subject to Terms & Conditions found on the Value Fax submission form.
